WHAT IS SUPPORT COORDINATION?
Support Coordination is an NDIS funded support that is designed to support participants to make the most of their NDIS funds.
Once a Plan has been approved, participants work with Support Coordinators to determine how their funds will be spent and to connect with providers.
We give every participant the time, attention and expert advice to make the most of thier funds.
WHAT IS PLAN MANAGEMENT?
Plan Management is one of the four options for NDIS participants to use to manage their NDIS funds.
The Plan Managed option includes: A financial intermediary (i.e. an accountant or bookkeeper) that manages the Plan. Providers invoice the Plan Manager Agency.
