Support Workers

Casual and Part-Time | Campbelltown

We are seeking active, enthusiastic support workers to assist participants across group programs, community access, 1:1 supports, and Supported Independent Living (SIL).


This role includes:

  • Supporting participants in centre-based day programs
  • Community outings and social activities
  • Personal care and daily living assistance
  • Supporting participants in SIL and respite settings


Requirements include:

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Working With Children Check
  • First Aid & CPR
  • Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
  • Experience in disability or community services (preferred)

Graduate Bookkeeper

Permanent Part-Time | Campbelltown

This is an ideal opportunity for a recent or near-complete Cert IV Bookkeeping / Accounting graduate seeking a meaningful, school-hours-friendly role.

You’ll receive training and work closely with our plan management and coordination teams.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Bookkeeping and payroll using Xero
  • Supporting NDIS plan management administration
  • Assisting with financial tracking and reporting
  • Working alongside coordinators to support families


No prior NDIS experience required, training provided.

Activities Coordinators

Part-Time / Job Share | Campbelltown

We’re looking for two Activities Coordinators to support and facilitate group and centre-based programs for adults and young people with disability.


This role includes:

  • Planning and delivering engaging group activities
  • Supporting social inclusion and peer connection
  • Coordinating outings and centre-based programs
  • Working closely with support staff and participants


Ideal for candidates with experience in youth work, disability services, community programs or allied fields.
